This is the quickest way to get hold of us; we will send you a speedy response (on the same day).
Every Group is unique, therefore I craft my sessions around the need of the group and as a result have a flexible style that merges the best of Hatha, Kundalini and Ashtanga, so some poses will be held longer to allow the body to open, whilst at other times we will flow between the moves more quickly.

We book courses in 6 or 7 week blocks. You can join a course mid-block, or wait for the new course to begin.
